The class that started it all! Join us on the beach every weekend during the summer. Practice your yoga surrounded by the beauty of nature including the sounds of the ocean waves (and you might even post a dolphin or two!)
as the sun rises for a gentle stretch and hatha flow class.

Curvy Yoga Curvy Yoga is body affirming yoga for people of all shapes and sizes, and all bodies are welcome. Lots of options are offered during class so you can figure out what best works for your body – and not worry about how you’re going to wedge yourself into a pretzel shape that looks impossible.
This class is great for people of all shapes and sizes, and beginners are encouraged to join us!
We are a welcoming, accepting, non-competitive environment and this program is a body positive program open to all shapes, sizes, genders and ethnicity.
Wear what you like (just make sure it's comfortable to move in!) and be who you are!
Absolute Beginners Yoga: Have you ever wanted to try yoga, but have no idea where to start?
Join us for a slower-paced, uncomplicated, light introduction to yoga. This class will encompass all aspects of a generalized yoga class, so while you may not break a sweat, you will hold the positions for a bit longer and work on refining each pose.
Open Level Flow: Our Flow classes are softer, slow-flowing, gentle and calming and are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. All levels are welcomed to practice.
