It's time to rock your curves with Curvy Yoga!
Curvy Yoga is body affirming yoga for people of all shapes and sizes, and all bodies are welcome. Lots of options are offered during class so you can figure out what best works for your body – and not worry about how you’re going to wedge yourself into a pretzel shape that looks impossible. No one will be putting their leg behind their head, but we will be building flexibility and strength through gentle movement and alignment.
This class is great for people of all shapes and sizes, and beginners are encouraged to join us! No yoga experience or flexibility required.
This 60-minute Gentle Flow class is open for to all trans, non-binary, genderqueer, gender-non-conforming, and those questioning.
Join us online every Monday and Wednesday at 9 PM EDT – it's a safe and welcoming space where we can all move our bodies and feel embodied, in a loving community. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in and be yourself.
If you bind, tuck, or have had surgery, we will explore yoga poses that may be helpful in relieving some associated muscle tightness.
The class that started it all! Join us on the beach as the sun rises for a gentle stretch and hatha flow class.

A simple, slower-paced yoga with a focus on physical and mental strength. Focus is on physical alignment and proper breathing techniques. Ideal for the beginner!
A traditional “flow” practice synchronizing breath with physical movement. Sun salutations are practiced. All levels welcomed.
Step up your vinyasa practice with bouts of cardio sprinkled in to get your heart rate up. A knowledge of yoga and regular practice is recommended before taking this class.
